Supervisor will just explain how live sports is the most expensive thing going these days keeping cable networks alive. Not excusing the poor customer service but they can’t do much..

They are impossible to get ahold of over the phone as well 😒

I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
