What’s unexpected is to try to reach a provider during said outage and be hung up on. Thanks for finally tweeting on issue - but we still await an apology and for you to make this right.

Honestly I had service through out the storm and I don’t understand why at about 9pm I have no service and no way to get answers or an update. Supervisor will just explain how live sports is the most expensive thing going these days keeping cable networks alive. Not excusing the poor customer service but they can’t do much..

I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
