That was 2 weeks ago. I also have new Altice One mini boxes that won’t allow me to get Netflix or channels above 13.

I call that number but no one answers and the mail box is full. @verizonfios is looking better every day.

Peoples security systems rely on internet. Do we get a partial relief on the bill? Why are you doing it at 11:30 and not 5am? yet to see this with cellphones

I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
