    @OptimumHelp @optimum its really BS that History Channel (channel 47) never f'n works. Always glitches and freezes. We've gotten new boxes, wires. Its ALWAYS like this. Sending a tech out doesnt help either. What the F*CK DO I PAY FOR IF I CANT GET MY CHANNEL! IM IN ISLIP NY

    @optimum @OptimumHelp been on hold for nearly 2 hours! First call got dropped because of your wonderful phone service so I had to call back and lost my place. Can someone explain to me why I need to have someone service my wifi for the 5th time in the last year?

    @OptimumHelp so after aaaaall the assurances that your mistake would b corrected, here we sit with no cable. Ironic since I reliably paid 4 service 4over a decade and yet @optimum @AlticeUSA has not provided reliable service. Let's see how long it will take 2 fix THEIR mistake.

    If anybody is in need of internet services, please for the love of God, don’t EVER ******* get @Optimum. Since I signed up in March, they have done nothing but ******* consistently each month from canceling my service without warning to charging me more than I owe. Stay far away!

    I can’t understand how @optimum can think it’s ok to disconnect peoples service because they’re performing maintenance. Peoples security systems rely on internet. Do we get a partial relief on the bill? Why are you doing it at 11:30 and not 5am? yet to see this with cellphones

    Power flickered once at 930pm last night and @optimum cable/internet has been down since in East Patchogue. Tried rebooting boxes multiple times always ends up with error and .engage to call. Please fix this asap!!!!!

    If anyone is looking for a cable service I highly suggest NOT using @optimum they shut off my tv service during a nationwide pandemic claiming I owed them over $500 for not “returning” my cable boxes from months ago. They are impossible to get ahold of over the phone as well 😒

    @jaybronious @optimum @AlticeUSA The absolute WORST customer service, ever. It took me a 2 hours phone call to cancel cable. This was after two prior one hour calls which were mysteriously dropped midway. Let them know you’ll be contacting the AG to file a complaint

    @optimum Maybe when it actually works. Mines been cutting out for a week and a half. Spent a hour and a half on the phone with customer service and they made it worse. Even got a new modem. Maybe you should teach your service technicians how to replace coaxial lines instead of just running a bypass.
