Then the modem, then a bad signal, 2 techs - nothing - someone checked the signal on the pole - then today I was told acct was blocked because I owed $1.15. Paid that. Next CSR told me that’s impossible.

Honestly I had service through out the storm and I don’t understand why at about 9pm I have no service and no way to get answers or an update. Spent a hour and a half on the phone with customer service and they made it worse. Even got a new modem. Maybe you should teach your service technicians how to replace coaxial lines instead of just running a bypass.
