    @optimum @OptimumHelp why is my “Live TV” a whole minute behind while watching sports. I don’t understand why I’m paying for a service that is delayed even more so than streaming services. Makes zero sense

    @OptimumHelp @optimum A Type-Length-Value (TLV) configuration element with an Object Identifier (OID) was received but not recognized by the modem. This is typically a minor compatibility issue between modem firmware and CMTS configuration — often harmless but can indicate a firmware mismatch.

    AI is literally ruining brand integrity. Soon as I see a commercial using AI, I automatically add that company to my “do not purchase from” list. I WISH I had better WiFi options in my area because @optimum’s latest commercial is COMPLETELY AI and I want to cancel my services.

    .@optimum no longer has the @MLBNetwork, @MLB? Do you people think that customers are going to continue with your service at all now that we have to have 5+ paid steaming services for one sport?

    Dear @OptimumHelp @optimum This is not a good thing. 714000000 Hz 0.7 dBmV 32.5 dB Corrected 128,969,223 UnCorrected 10,416,162 Amount of symbols being force corrected is exhibition of an issue. Your tech was polite however you do not empower him to actually support this.

    @optimum Absolute garage Internet service. I’ve had to take time off work repeatedly to be home to meet the techs in order to fix my Internet that’s always down. It went down 3 times in less than a week. Miss a half a day each time from work. Internet + lost wages=most expensive internet

    @optimum @OptimumHelp I just needed to let y’all know that your AI generated commercials/advertisements are terrible and make you look tacky. If you put zero effort into your advertising, you are definitely putting zero effort into providing your customers a quality experience.
