    @optimum Maybe when it actually works. Mines been cutting out for a week and a half. Spent a hour and a half on the phone with customer service and they made it worse. Even got a new modem. Maybe you should teach your service technicians how to replace coaxial lines instead of just running a bypass.

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.

    13 total days (at least that I logged) We had unstable upload speeds, maybe even download. @optimum is LITERALLY the biggest scam I've ever seen. The fact that they are still in business is a ******* joke

    Finally got rid of @optimum #wireless service and switched back to @Verizon. I now have full signal where I was barely getting one or two bars. Customer Service actually talks to me without disconnecting the call before verification has been done. Also, fast data.

    One I get gift card I’m going back to @optimum . You can’t claim you’re 5G internet is good as cable when connection for smart home is terrible, mind you you’re gateway an on window sill with “excellent” signal.

    @optimum it’s really awesome that every sporting event I watch with your service is roughly 2-3 minutes delayed and I get score updates before they happen on my screen.

    OK @optimum — help me understand this. Chat (after logging in): “You must call to get a Port Code.” Call support: Refused to help and hung up. Store visit: Gave my phone number and got the Port Code email instantly. No ID check. No name verification. Make this make sense.

    @optimum get it right. I tried to change service and asked for my ss number. Then tried to cxl and was kept getting new sales ideas. Couldn’t speak to a manager. Get it right. @BarstoolBigCat

    @supersat This modem has been rebooted a lot. It really just refuses to get a new channel set. I think this @OptimumHelp @optimum forcing users who choose their own equipment instead of renting their stuff into poor experiences.
