    One I get gift card I’m going back to @optimum . You can’t claim you’re 5G internet is good as cable when connection for smart home is terrible, mind you you’re gateway an on window sill with “excellent” signal.

    Just called optimum to cancel my service and first “Dana” disconnected when I said I wanted to cancel. I called back and “Camille” laughed and hung up again. Disconnected by 5 different people. Do better @optimum. Hey @verizonfios👋

    Hey @optimum your internet service in Hot Springs Village, AR is terrible. I have had to reboot my modem about once per week since I started service in November. Know how many times I’ve had to reboot my Frontier modem in the last 3 years? Maybe twice 😡🤬 #optimumsucks

    13 total days (at least that I logged) We had unstable upload speeds, maybe even download. @optimum is LITERALLY the biggest scam I've ever seen. The fact that they are still in business is a ******* joke

    @optimum get it right. I tried to change service and asked for my ss number. Then tried to cxl and was kept getting new sales ideas. Couldn’t speak to a manager. Get it right. @BarstoolBigCat

    @optimum I was on the phone with you + @ATT for 8 freaking hours, yall took my whole day away from me just to transfer and unlock my phone took me all day just to get a damn unlock codem paid 600 bucks to pay off my at&t account just for my phone still not to be activated..this isnt right
