    mail check 2 @optimum on 1/1/21 finally catching up on bill due 1/6 since I cant stand on my injured foot/pay using automated system processed on 1/10 being charged late fee & cant make service adjustments/ still can't go due to hurt foot. calls 2 reps r ugh. help pls @KPMueller

    And when I want to actually watch cable tv @optimum is giving me this error message. Can't watch DVR cant watch on demand. I called customer service didn't have any answers and tech support came out and said it's just a glitch. Hasn't worked all day! 😡😡

    Somehow my monthly bill for one cable box with dvr, internet service, basic cable with hbo,Showtime and starz from @optimum..has ballooned to $208.95. Every month I pay hundreds for this service just for it to be disconnected a month later until I fork over more money..

    @jdmcel @AlticeUSA @OptimumHelp Done did that. Plus WiFi still works. My service is terminating the end of September though as we're switching to Fios cause Altice has sucked ***** for as long as we've had it. Just always random bullshit like this. The box is buggy as hell on its best days. Good riddance.

    OK @optimum — help me understand this. Chat (after logging in): “You must call to get a Port Code.” Call support: Refused to help and hung up. Store visit: Gave my phone number and got the Port Code email instantly. No ID check. No name verification. Make this make sense.
