I called customer service didn't have any answers and tech support came out and said it's just a glitch. Hasn't worked all day! 😡😡

My service is terminating the end of September though as we're switching to Fios cause Altice has sucked ***** for as long as we've had it. Just always random bullshit like this. The box is buggy as hell on its best days. Good riddance.

I hadn't realized they raised my monthly bill to over$200 a month when literally all I have is cable+dvr+ internet in one room. In this crisis I'll get cut off if I don't pay over 200 every few weeks. SO DONE. Looking 4 new service.
