    @optimum @OptimumHelp off to a really bad start. Install scheduled three weeks ago for this am. Confirmed last night via computer call, they called at 8am and said tech is on the way. No show. I took off work to wait and they did not even call to say they were not coming.

    @OptimumHelp hi! for the last couple of days we’ve needed to restart our modem once a day or so. But today, even that’s not working. Just a blinking ds/us light and the “online” light is off. Any ideas? HELLLP US WE HAVE LITTLE KIDS AND THEY NEED MOVIES!!!

    @optimum DON'T FALL FOR IT!! I pre-ordered a "free" iPhone 17 with a trade in during the October promotion and was SCAMMED! They LOST my phone (for 3 months) and now I'm being told I never participated in the promotion but "bought" the phone (even though I have FedEx tracking to prove it)
