    @optimum horrible experience with optimum! I waited on hold for an hour patiently, then he tells me I need someone to come out but god forbid a wire doesn’t work properly on the box I have to pay $80! Oh but I have a 10hr time frame and nothing till Friday! Maybe trying @TMobile

    I mail check to @optimum on 1/1/21 finally catching up on bill due 1/6 since I cant stand on my injured foot/pay using automated system processed on 1/10 being charged late fee & cant make service adjustments/ still can't go due to hurt foot. calls 2 reps r exasperating. help pls

    @OptimumHelp hi! for the last couple of days we’ve needed to restart our modem once a day or so. But today, even that’s not working. Just a blinking ds/us light and the “online” light is off. Any ideas? HELLLP US WE HAVE LITTLE KIDS AND THEY NEED MOVIES!!!

    And when I want to actually watch cable tv @optimum is giving me this error message. Can't watch DVR cant watch on demand. I called customer service didn't have any answers and tech support came out and said it's just a glitch. Hasn't worked all day! 😡😡

    @chase_roper I have @optimum. I'm done with them. I hadn't realized they raised my monthly bill to over$200 a month when literally all I have is cable+dvr+ internet in one room. In this crisis I'll get cut off if I don't pay over 200 every few weeks. SO DONE. Looking 4 new service.

    I only hope @OptimumHelp will use the extra $600 they take from me this year (without providing any additional services) to set up a customer service email that is linked on their website. In the mean time, I'll limit my apartment search by fios availability.

    I think the best thing about over paying for @optimum each month, is when there’s an outage, you don’t get an email or text message to tell you why or how long. I’ll be glad when @ATT fiber is in our area.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Well online chat doesn’t work. Call the customer service line and I get hanged up on since I use speakerphone and they say that’s against company policy. Going to the store tomorrow to cancel.

    @optimum @OptimumHelp Customer for 21 yrs chatting with customer service. ask for January thru March 2025 bills. They tell me it'll cost $1.50 and take 11-12 business days. When I complain they give me the phone number to cancel my service. UNREAL!!!!!

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
