    @OptimumHelp @optimum service to my house is not working. I have no phone or internet. I tried to call from a cell and I can’t get a live person to report it. I go online and your “service bot” never connects me to a live person. What am I paying for again?! #shittyservice

    @NYSDPS I have dangerous electrical issues from before the storm. 2 missed appointments from @PSEGLI and NO @OptimumHelp service at all for a week. No hotspot no nothing. Work from home. Going to lose my job. DO SOMETHING!!!!!

    @optimum is absolutely the worst. 2 days and 7 phone calls and 4 disconnected calls just to get to cable boxes working. And now when you call all they want to talk about is the fact that the on-demand service is down and I can't get anyone else to address a cable box issue. #BBB

    @OptimumHelp my experience in the chat feature since monday has been horrible! All your employees know how to say is “there is an outage in your area” (there wasn’t) took 3 chats since monday to get a troubleshoot and find out there’s a network problem and get a tech visit appt.

    It’s unbelievable how a service upgrade to @optimum Fiber, turns into a 72 hour and counting, service outage!! We have been given no ETA on service restoration! Beware and do not upgrade. Couldn’t be more disgusted!!! What a complete mess this is @OptimumHelp

They are a dishonest company that scams its customers, falsely telling them they can lower their costs by opening a "free" mobile line. It's not free. You cancel the service. They still demand payment. Outrageous.

    These major corporations like @optimum and @UPS use India or Pakistan for their call centers, knowing a lot of us have trouble understanding these people but they care more about saving money than they do about their customers. And their customers are the ones making them money! Heck, those people in the call centers have trouble understanding us too. Why do big corporations do this? Is saving money more logical than helping your customers? Or, when it comes to making money, does logic just go out the window?
