    @davidlagreca1 @optimum They’re terrible. They were the recommended for my apartment, but when I moved in they didn’t show up for my appointment. When they did finally show up the weren’t able to do the installation because they weren’t scheduled even though they were late…. I ran to @verizonfios

    @OptimumHelp my experience in the chat feature since monday has been horrible! All your employees know how to say is “there is an outage in your area” (there wasn’t) took 3 chats since monday to get a troubleshoot and find out there’s a network problem and get a tech visit appt.

    @OptimumHelp is terrible. Just got my power back and now my cable is down. And my call wasn’t sufficient. They don’t consider it an “outage” until more people call. Unreal! Try fixing my phone one of these days. I haven’t had phone service in over a year!

    @optimum @OptimumHelp been on hold for an hour and 57 minutes only to get disconnected…you guys are the absolutely worst. I’m trying to spend money here you’d think you’d have your crap together. Why in the world do I need a specialist to add a channel? Why can’t I do it online?

    @optimum - your service today leaves a lot to desired. After 45 minutes to get a hold of someone regarding the crappy internet service, I’m told to call a different number. I call that number but no one answers and the mail box is full. @verizonfios is looking better every day.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Optimum is a joke. They can’t fix my phone service. It has been over a year and now they want me to believe they will get my cable back up. They couldn’t even get a supervisor on the phone. What a joke!

    Ok @optimum Erroneously disconnected my service made me spend hour/ days trying to get an answer & now have increased my bill $40 overnight 4the same terrible service I had the day before yesterday. @OptimumHelp has been NO HELP AT ALL. you guys shld be sued 4 deceptive practice

    If anybody is in need of internet services, please for the love of God, don’t EVER ******* get @Optimum. Since I signed up in March, they have done nothing but ******* consistently each month from canceling my service without warning to charging me more than I owe. Stay far away!

    WARNING: if you are considering @optimum @optimumonline for your internet service, don't. They are a dishonest company that scams its customers, falsely telling them they can lower their costs by opening a "free" mobile line. It's not free. You cancel the service. They still demand payment. Outrageous.

    @optimum I want to thank you. Due to your inability to fix the outage for 4 days. I found that @verizon will save me over 60% when I switch next week so thank you for saving me $180 per month
