Then the modem, then a bad signal, 2 techs - nothing - someone checked the signal on the pole - then today I was told acct was blocked because I owed $1.15. Paid that. Next CSR told me that’s impossible.

I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
