They are impossible to get ahold of over the phone as well 😒

Since I signed up in March, they have done nothing but ******* consistently each month from canceling my service without warning to charging me more than I owe. Stay far away!

Honestly I had service through out the storm and I don’t understand why at about 9pm I have no service and no way to get answers or an update. My bill goes up every month but the service is always terrible

Channels are missing already after just 2 days.

Mo/intermittent internet (I work from home) Customer service- modem is bad - spent 140 buying my own modem. No change. 5 hour on chat/phone to activate the damn thing.

I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
