    @OptimumHelp I began using your service Sat morning and it has been nothing short of a disaster since. My wife works from home and the internet isn’t working today. The tv has only basic channels working. Dvr, streaming and on demand never worked. I can’t get anyone on the phone

    @OptimumHelp @optimum its really BS that History Channel (channel 47) never f'n works. Always glitches and freezes. We've gotten new boxes, wires. Its ALWAYS like this. Sending a tech out doesnt help either. What the F*CK DO I PAY FOR IF I CANT GET MY CHANNEL! IM IN ISLIP NY

    @OptimumHelp We have been experiencing sporadic internet service and keep being told that it’s an issue in my area, and that it should be fixed within hours. That was 2 weeks ago. I also have new Altice One mini boxes that won’t allow me to get Netflix or channels above 13.

    .@optimum needs to start using some damn lube. $80 for a tech visit to add an additional box, and the guy on the phone needed to put me on hold 4 times. 15min for what should have been a 2min conversation.

    @jaybronious @optimum @AlticeUSA The absolute WORST customer service, ever. It took me a 2 hours phone call to cancel cable. This was after two prior one hour calls which were mysteriously dropped midway. Let them know you’ll be contacting the AG to file a complaint

    @optimum Maybe when it actually works. Mines been cutting out for a week and a half. Spent a hour and a half on the phone with customer service and they made it worse. Even got a new modem. Maybe you should teach your service technicians how to replace coaxial lines instead of just running a bypass.
