    @OptimumHelp I called last week to close my father’s account and open a new account for my mother and they never closed the account, now I can’t setup a new account and you customer rep hung up on me. Channels are missing already after just 2 days.

    @OptimumHelp 1/ installer was here, literally stayed 3 minutes. Just moved into our house and do not have everything moved in yet, so he said without the TV’s there, it’s a no go. WTF. No one told me to have them ready. The least he could do was install the modem so we had the

    @NYSDPS I have dangerous electrical issues from before the storm. 2 missed appointments from @PSEGLI and NO @OptimumHelp service at all for a week. No hotspot no nothing. Work from home. Going to lose my job. DO SOMETHING!!!!!

    @optimum @OptimumHelp I shouldn’t have to keep calling about this. Last worker came and changed the router and said it would never be an issue again. Guess what? Less than a year and I’m back in the same spot I was. I want someone at my house tomorrow!! Time for @verizonfios

    @OptimumHelp the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Mo/intermittent internet (I work from home) Customer service- modem is bad - spent 140 buying my own modem. No change. 5 hour on chat/phone to activate the damn thing.

They are a dishonest company that scams its customers, falsely telling them they can lower their costs by opening a "free" mobile line. It's not free. You cancel the service. They still demand payment. Outrageous.

    These major corporations like @optimum and @UPS use India or Pakistan for their call centers, knowing a lot of us have trouble understanding these people but they care more about saving money than they do about their customers. And their customers are the ones making them money! Heck, those people in the call centers have trouble understanding us too. Why do big corporations do this? Is saving money more logical than helping your customers? Or, when it comes to making money, does logic just go out the window?
