They are impossible to get ahold of over the phone as well 😒

All your employees know how to say is “there is an outage in your area” (there wasn’t) took 3 chats since monday to get a troubleshoot and find out there’s a network problem and get a tech visit appt.

That was 2 weeks ago. I also have new Altice One mini boxes that won’t allow me to get Netflix or channels above 13.
