That was 2 weeks ago. I also have new Altice One mini boxes that won’t allow me to get Netflix or channels above 13.

All your employees know how to say is “there is an outage in your area” (there wasn’t) took 3 chats since monday to get a troubleshoot and find out there’s a network problem and get a tech visit appt.

Honestly I had service through out the storm and I don’t understand why at about 9pm I have no service and no way to get answers or an update. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
