    @OptimumHelp my 3rd tech call didn't go well. Approx 1:23pm today. The rep was denying me tech support and to speak with a superior. Actually said, there is nobody around. The internet connection is dropping. Please, can we resolve this issue.

    Ok @optimum Erroneously disconnected my service made me spend hour/ days trying to get an answer & now have increased my bill $40 overnight 4the same terrible service I had the day before yesterday. @OptimumHelp has been NO HELP AT ALL. you guys shld be sued 4 deceptive practice

    @OptimumHelp I’m trying to register a new modem. During online registering, I’m forced to select the modem I’m replacing but no options are provided. Without options, I can’t swap it. There aren’t any agents answering the help line. I need help or another internet provider.

    @OptimumHelp Our wifi has been down for hours. I can't get in touch with anyone, or even report the outage. For $100/month that's pretty **** service. Definitely closing my account, once I can actually get in touch with someone, that is. Being reduced to venting on Twitter? 🙄

    @OptimumHelp I don't have internet service on my residence since yesterday Oct 28th @ 2pm There aren't any outrages here, I have power and my neighbors has service. My kids and me have online classes and we can't missed them.

    @jaybronious @optimum @AlticeUSA The absolute WORST customer service, ever. It took me a 2 hours phone call to cancel cable. This was after two prior one hour calls which were mysteriously dropped midway. Let them know you’ll be contacting the AG to file a complaint

    @OptimumHelp @optimum I am going to dig up the box at the end of the property to whats inside first. I have to make sure there is ZERO issue on my side or else the techs dont do anything.
