Without options, I can’t swap it. There aren’t any agents answering the help line. I need help or another internet provider.

Have been waiting for a technician since Tuesday, 11/24 to fix our internet wire and bring us the WiFi extenders we prepaid for when we started service on 11/12. Each call just leads to another failed appointment.
