    I have been an @optimum customer for 3+ years. Over the course of the 3 years... I have NEVER EVER received the up and down I pay for. Not even close. Yet they charge full every month. I just called in and the representative hung up on me. Your company is straight trash.

    @OptimumHelp I am very upset and disappointed, I scheduled an appointment with you yesterday 2pm-5pm and the technician shows up at 12pm while I’m at work and no ones home and than never comes back, than got rescheduled for the 13th. Get better Agents and Technicians Please.

    I changed my service and was quoted a price... I agreed and they came and switched everything. I got an email confirmation and the price in the email is $45 a month more than I was told @optimum @OptimumHelp and good luck getting someone on the phone 😑
