    I have been an @optimum customer for 3+ years. Over the course of the 3 years... I have NEVER EVER received the up and down I pay for. Not even close. Yet they charge full every month. I just called in and the representative hung up on me. Your company is straight trash.

    @OptimumHelp @mvpboxpics You guys are the absolute worst! Cable out at 9 last night. Supposed to be back at midnight. Got text at 9 am that it was resolved. It’s 10:45 now. Still not back. THE WORST!!!!

    @BigDavesRants @optimum Run a speed test in the same room as the router. I have a feeling your issues are from an obstructed signal which a mesh network or extender will fix

    @optimum has the worst customer service. Isn’t so fraud when they charge you for service but the tech has never completed the install. Is this company just incompetent or crooks? I may have to say they are crooks you can’t bill someone for service you don’t have

    @OptimumHelp No I stayed home all day (on my only day off!) and no one came! I am very angry and want someone from your retention department to contact me. I am a 30+ year customer and I’m fed up with the treatment I receive from Optimum! 😡😡🤬🤬

    @OptimumHelp @optimum @AlticeUSA #optimum this is the worst company filled with liars. I was promised a 3 year monthly amount guaranteed by the retention center. I just got a bill that was $175 more than I’m supposed to pay. And terrible customer service

    @optimum I was on the phone with you + @ATT for 8 freaking hours, yall took my whole day away from me just to transfer and unlock my phone took me all day just to get a damn unlock codem paid 600 bucks to pay off my at&t account just for my phone still not to be activated..this isnt right

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
