    @optimum Escalating my complaint for lack of response. Have been waiting for a technician since Tuesday, 11/24 to fix our internet wire and bring us the WiFi extenders we prepaid for when we started service on 11/12. Each call just leads to another failed appointment.

    @1fairInternet Since switching to fiber my internet has been great but @AlticeUSA just lost me as a customer. I switched 3 months ago paying $60m (double ad) for 300 w/ 12 months, which they tell me ended after 3 months on my new $75 bill. Goodbye @optimum you had your chances.🤑

    @OptimumHelp hellllloooo? Going on 14 hours without service in Lindenhurst. Text said the outage was resolved. It isn’t. I think it’s time to switch to @verizonfios. Ridiculous! We can’t work remotely without WiFi 🤬
