    @OptimumHelp Hello, we are looking to cancel your service today because we have other coverage and were very dissatisfied with various issues. The rep is telling us that the cancellation cannot be processed until 4/15/23. That doesn’t seem ethical. Can you please cancel today.

    @optimum I’m very disappointed in you and your service- No service no internet- went to the center And changed the box they call customer services - waiting for 2 hours on the phone - no one - NOW no internet and no TV and i do business for home- I’m upset 😡- can you help me

    @OptimumHelp Got your offer to help. Like OPTIMUM, you only talk, then run. Since Optimum has no service there is only one way to go.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Do you know if an Arris SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1 modem is compatible and would be able to be provisioned on your cable internet? I do not have voice service (phone). Just want to make sure before purchasing, thank you.

    @jaybronious @optimum @AlticeUSA The absolute WORST customer service, ever. It took me a 2 hours phone call to cancel cable. This was after two prior one hour calls which were mysteriously dropped midway. Let them know you’ll be contacting the AG to file a complaint

    @optimum No MLB network and still a problem with MSG you guys are embarrassing! Don’t you realize you’re dying a slow painful death. Everything is streaming. And Verizon isn’t pulling these shenanigans. Get your **** together or I’m going to Verizon by the end of the week.

    @optimum @paramountnet It’s been a few days with no sound on the network? Called Optumum yesterday and did a reset and data reset - still nothing. Come on guys @BarRescue is new tonight and it’s hard to watch with no volume.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum I am going to dig up the box at the end of the property to whats inside first. I have to make sure there is ZERO issue on my side or else the techs dont do anything.
