    @BigDavesRants @optimum Run a speed test in the same room as the router. I have a feeling your issues are from an obstructed signal which a mesh network or extender will fix

    @OptimumHelp has anyone else experience putting a new cable service and then the router dies that same day later and when you get a technician they can’t figure what’s wrong? Then no WiFi for 3 straight days.

    @AlticeUSA @optimum optimum could be the worst company in NY - 2 service appts, 2 no-shows, 2x phone rep LIED and said the problem fixed - problem NOT fixed. I switched to @verizonfios and couldn’t be happier, now it’s time to switch my mother-in-law!!

    @OptimumHelp @optimum The Optimum TV portal on CBS doesn't allow me to log in using the same Optimum TV log in I use for TBS or TNT. This is computer programming issue, involving how Optimum TV is connected to CBS.
