I have NEVER EVER received the up and down I pay for. Not even close. Yet they charge full every month. I just called in and the representative hung up on me. Your company is straight trash.

Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately
