    @Mykey915 @optimum I mean I haven’t been able to do anything! What a way to start, I think I am done this is a terrible experience I just installed it and I am fed up it’s shouldn’t be this hard they promised to come yesterday no one showed up.

    @OptimumHelp I have been without internet and phone since midnight and have been on the phone awaiting speaking to a support person for approx 3 hrs today my forst call was supposed to have a supervisor contact me. Havent heard a response! Very troubled by the lack of response!

    called Optimum to disconnect -they said all I had to do was return equipment. Returned today 5 days into my monthly service and they want to bill full month - $275.00. Haven’t used service since verizon installed new 2 weeks ago. They are thieves !!! #optimum #optimunhelp

    @optimum why is it every time your wifi is so garbage. Always having an issue with your internet connection like come on all the money spent for you guys to fix it years ago and every year it’s the same thing y’all gotta do better cause I had it .

    @optimum wow current commercial is an awful mess of AI slop. Definitely won't be buying your service if you care so little about it that you don't think it's worth hiring actors or artists to make a commercial for it.

    @optimum Dealing with five different reps to resolve an issue, and every single one wastes my time trying to sell me a mobile package I have zero interest in. And when I say so, they continue trying, knowing that all I care about is resolving my issue. Cut the crap, fellas.

    @DustinFinn @optimum @OptimumHelp fiber is crap too. Only benefit I've found is they decreased my price (for now). Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately
