    @OptimumHelp Visited the bethpage store earlier. Simone was terrific! Patient, honest & helpful. On w/ a rep now bec the new box isn't loading. She's lovely also but almost impossible to understand (heavy accent). This is a problem.

    @optimum Seriously. Hours with support. I’ve spent 30min five times explaining the problem to a new person. I’m tired. Should have had this fixed last week. I’ve done every possible thing I can do from my end. It’s been escalated three times.

    @optimum why can’t I get in touch with retention dept after you turned off channels I had because my promotion ended it’s bull that you don’t even send a letter anymore. 42 years we have been a loyal client and no customer satisfaction at all. For crappy service

    Lol @OptimumHelp you finally “fixed” my service yesterday and I go to turn on the @nflnetwork to watch the draft only to find out I don’t have the channel. Literally you used that and red zone to sell me on switching to you. Truly the worst company I have ever encountered.

    Just called optimum to cancel my service and first “Dana” disconnected when I said I wanted to cancel. I called back and “Camille” laughed and hung up again. Disconnected by 5 different people. Do better @optimum. Hey @verizonfios👋

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Do you know if an Arris SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1 modem is compatible and would be able to be provisioned on your cable internet? I do not have voice service (phone). Just want to make sure before purchasing, thank you.
