    I spent six hours trying to reach a person @optimum today. (I never did.) During this time I researched and fixed the problem myself. I think that’s their way of avoiding paying techs. I’m going to discontinue my service simply because I don’t want this company to have my money.

    @OptimumHelp No internet for almost 12 hours. Multi state service outage. Rep says massive outage that will take 24-48 hours to fix. No texts no updates given. Unbelievable. Unacceptable.

    @OptimumHelp @News12LI A bit too late as I drove 45 min to get to your store to switch out defective cable boxes and had to wait 45 min to get service. Very very limited seating(2 chairs 1 couch.). Your location is not very convenient for the number of households you serve.

    @Mykey915 @optimum I mean I haven’t been able to do anything! What a way to start, I think I am done this is a terrible experience I just installed it and I am fed up it’s shouldn’t be this hard they promised to come yesterday no one showed up.

    Just called optimum to cancel my service and first “Dana” disconnected when I said I wanted to cancel. I called back and “Camille” laughed and hung up again. Disconnected by 5 different people. Do better @optimum. Hey @verizonfios👋

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Do you know if an Arris SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1 modem is compatible and would be able to be provisioned on your cable internet? I do not have voice service (phone). Just want to make sure before purchasing, thank you.
