    @OptimumHelp has anyone else experience putting a new cable service and then the router dies that same day later and when you get a technician they can’t figure what’s wrong? Then no WiFi for 3 straight days.

    @OptimumHelp Visited the bethpage store earlier. Simone was terrific! Patient, honest & helpful. On w/ a rep now bec the new box isn't loading. She's lovely also but almost impossible to understand (heavy accent). This is a problem.

    I have spent 5 different days on the phone, hours on hold, and was just hung up on after 40 minutes on hold with no resolution in sight. I am switching to Verizon. @optimum

    I have been an @optimum customer for 3+ years. Over the course of the 3 years... I have NEVER EVER received the up and down I pay for. Not even close. Yet they charge full every month. I just called in and the representative hung up on me. Your company is straight trash.

    Omg I’m going to rage so hard!!!! @optimum suckssss!!! Worst internet company ever. I’ve called 20 different numbers to get a customer service agent, only to be re routed to the same exact automated message. No matter what line I call. I hate your company @OptimumHelp.

    @optimum Seriously. Hours with support. I’ve spent 30min five times explaining the problem to a new person. I’m tired. Should have had this fixed last week. I’ve done every possible thing I can do from my end. It’s been escalated three times.

    @optimum coming from someone that house runs off of your very expensive WiFi services, to have an outage for my home for over an hour is highly inconvenient. Will there be anything done about this.

    @optimum why is it every time your wifi is so garbage. Always having an issue with your internet connection like come on all the money spent for you guys to fix it years ago and every year it’s the same thing y’all gotta do better cause I had it .

    Waiting for my 5th tech visit from @optimum and I get a phone call from them. It’s not my tech - they’re calling about the mobile plan offer. Customer Service already told me they would remove me from that list. Why does every customer service agent directly lie to customers?

    @optimum wow current commercial is an awful mess of AI slop. Definitely won't be buying your service if you care so little about it that you don't think it's worth hiring actors or artists to make a commercial for it.

    @optimum Dealing with five different reps to resolve an issue, and every single one wastes my time trying to sell me a mobile package I have zero interest in. And when I say so, they continue trying, knowing that all I care about is resolving my issue. Cut the crap, fellas.

    @DustinFinn @optimum @OptimumHelp fiber is crap too. Only benefit I've found is they decreased my price (for now). Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately
