    @OptimumHelp it is 1 hour before the Super Bowl and the only channel to not work is CBS. When I was finally able to get on the phone with a tech, they could not help and said a tech would be available next Thursday...this type of service is completely unacceptable

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Do you know if an Arris SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1 modem is compatible and would be able to be provisioned on your cable internet? I do not have voice service (phone). Just want to make sure before purchasing, thank you.
