    @optimum Has anyone experienced this from Optimum? I installed my cable and internet on Saturday afternoon by 3 am the WiFi dies, they didn’t bring anyone to fix this until this morning, the guy couldn’t fix the WiFi instead he moves the router to upstairs room, still nothing

    @optimum Seriously. Hours with support. I’ve spent 30min five times explaining the problem to a new person. I’m tired. Should have had this fixed last week. I’ve done every possible thing I can do from my end. It’s been escalated three times.

    @OptimumHelp as a cablevision customer who Leases your equipment and your equipment breaks do I have to pay a service call it’s not going to happen ever if you do not remove the chargers I will remove you from my house you can do the math yourself enjoy the rest of your day

    @optimum it is 1 hour before the Super Bowl and the only channel to not work is CBS. When I was finally able to get on the phone with a tech, they could not help and said a tech would be available next Thursday...this type of service is completely unacceptable

    @OptimumHelp have no cable/phone/internet. When you call it tells you to go to the site & hangs up on you. Can’t log into my account, that’s broken too. No outage info on ur site. No way to report an outage in ur area. Chat’s broken too. For being a tech company your tech sucks.

    I gotta blow my girl spot up real quick. We watching Tiger King yesterday and it was like 15 minutes left and she got up to get a snack then some water and when she got the water she tripped over the modem and spilled water on it. OPTIMUM NOT COMING TILL FRIDAY 😣😔 HELP!

    Waiting for my 5th tech visit from @optimum and I get a phone call from them. It’s not my tech - they’re calling about the mobile plan offer. Customer Service already told me they would remove me from that list. Why does every customer service agent directly lie to customers?

    @optimum wow current commercial is an awful mess of AI slop. Definitely won't be buying your service if you care so little about it that you don't think it's worth hiring actors or artists to make a commercial for it.

    @optimum Dealing with five different reps to resolve an issue, and every single one wastes my time trying to sell me a mobile package I have zero interest in. And when I say so, they continue trying, knowing that all I care about is resolving my issue. Cut the crap, fellas.

    @DustinFinn @optimum @OptimumHelp fiber is crap too. Only benefit I've found is they decreased my price (for now). Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately
