One time I got some one was told they can’t schedule a service. Thus is unacceptable. especially now when we are trying to work from home and save our job

Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately
