When I was finally able to get on the phone with a tech, they could not help and said a tech would be available next Thursday...this type of service is completely unacceptable

My next attempt they said the wait would be 20 min, over 30 min later & still no help. Now I'm being told higher wait times than expected. Typical poor customer service.
