    @OptimumHelp Tried to schedule a service call. Was told wait would be less than 5 min, I gave up after 20 min. My next attempt they said the wait would be 20 min, over 30 min later & still no help. Now I'm being told higher wait times than expected. Typical poor customer service.

    @optimum why is it every time your wifi is so garbage. Always having an issue with your internet connection like come on all the money spent for you guys to fix it years ago and every year it’s the same thing y’all gotta do better cause I had it .

    @optimum Has anyone experienced this from Optimum? I installed my cable and internet on Saturday afternoon by 3 am the WiFi dies, they didn’t bring anyone to fix this until this morning, the guy couldn’t fix the WiFi instead he moves the router to upstairs room, still nothing

    @OptimumHelp hi cable coming into my house is snapped and I have been trying to call and hold for hours and don’t get anyone. One time I got some one was told they can’t schedule a service. Thus is unacceptable. especially now when we are trying to work from home and save our job

    13 total days (at least that I logged) We had unstable upload speeds, maybe even download. @optimum is LITERALLY the biggest scam I've ever seen. The fact that they are still in business is a ******* joke

    I think the best thing about over paying for @optimum each month, is when there’s an outage, you don’t get an email or text message to tell you why or how long. I’ll be glad when @ATT fiber is in our area.

    Do not get @optimum mobile service they convinced me to leave @tmobile to save a lot of money but ended paying the same amount because of there error. #shame

    Hey @optimum your internet service in Hot Springs Village, AR is terrible. I have had to reboot my modem about once per week since I started service in November. Know how many times I’ve had to reboot my Frontier modem in the last 3 years? Maybe twice 😡🤬 #optimumsucks
