    Lol @OptimumHelp you finally “fixed” my service yesterday and I go to turn on the @nflnetwork to watch the draft only to find out I don’t have the channel. Literally you used that and red zone to sell me on switching to you. Truly the worst company I have ever encountered.

    @OptimumHelp this is by far the most garbage service. Ice called several times today. After holding for what seamed@like an eternity, I was disconnected. Now some one with the worst Indian accent answers and can not help. I think I’m still on hold. I’ve lost my patience #junk

    I have been an @optimum customer for 3+ years. Over the course of the 3 years... I have NEVER EVER received the up and down I pay for. Not even close. Yet they charge full every month. I just called in and the representative hung up on me. Your company is straight trash.

    called to disconnect -they said all I had to do was return equipment. Returned today 5 days into my monthly service and they want to bill full month - $275.00. Haven’t used service since verizon installed new 2 weeks ago. They are thieves !!! #optimum #optimunhelp

    @OptimumHelp @News12LI A bit too late as I drove 45 min to get to your store to switch out defective cable boxes and had to wait 45 min to get service. Very very limited seating(2 chairs 1 couch.). Your location is not very convenient for the number of households you serve.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum The Optimum TV portal on CBS doesn't allow me to log in using the same Optimum TV log in I use for TBS or TNT. This is computer programming issue, involving how Optimum TV is connected to CBS.

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.
