    @optimum committed fraud they signed our name to an order that they never completed. They said that a tech would be out to complete it and no one is showing up they commit illegal orders why because they think they can. How many times do you call their employees are pathetic

    @optimum why is that as a new customer your fraudulently say I have service when the tech didn’t complete the installation all because you assigned the wrong line on the pole to my house now I have no service and your customer service sucks. Hang up and transfers why switch?

    Ok @optimum Erroneously disconnected my service made me spend hour/ days trying to get an answer & now have increased my bill $40 overnight 4the same terrible service I had the day before yesterday. @OptimumHelp has been NO HELP AT ALL. you guys shld be sued 4 deceptive practice

    @KnicksFanTv He once fired a security guard at Cablevision for not knowing his name when he didn’t have his employee badge to let him into the corporate headquarters in Bethpage. The security guard was later rehired after that idiot had no right to do so.

    @DustinFinn @optimum @OptimumHelp fiber is crap too. Only benefit I've found is they decreased my price (for now). Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.
