    @OptimumHelp @optimum service to my house is not working. I have no phone or internet. I tried to call from a cell and I can’t get a live person to report it. I go online and your “service bot” never connects me to a live person. What am I paying for again?! #shittyservice

    @OptimumHelp I called last week to close my father’s account and open a new account for my mother and they never closed the account, now I can’t setup a new account and you customer rep hung up on me. Channels are missing already after just 2 days.

    @GioWFAN @7BOOMERESIASON yes PSEG is helping consumers and are being very professional. But Optimum and Dolan is not. They are shutting off people from service if they are late or behind on their payments. It is amazing how we haven’t heard from them

    Power flickered once at 930pm last night and @optimum cable/internet has been down since in East Patchogue. Tried rebooting boxes multiple times always ends up with error and .engage to call. Please fix this asap!!!!!

    @OptimumHelp so after aaaaall the assurances that your mistake would b corrected, here we sit with no cable. Ironic since I reliably paid 4 service 4over a decade and yet @optimum @AlticeUSA has not provided reliable service. Let's see how long it will take 2 fix THEIR mistake.

    @NYIslandersFan @optimum Not much can be done honestly. The removal of channels DOES NOT equal lowering your bill. Supervisor will just explain how live sports is the most expensive thing going these days keeping cable networks alive. Not excusing the poor customer service but they can’t do much..

    OK @optimum — help me understand this. Chat (after logging in): “You must call to get a Port Code.” Call support: Refused to help and hung up. Store visit: Gave my phone number and got the Port Code email instantly. No ID check. No name verification. Make this make sense.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.

    This is a joke right? @optimum @OptimumHelp states they will help but once you call they say No and Hang up on you. They also won’t do anything that has an audit trail. They hate putting things in writing.
