    @RSullivanSUF @optimum Optimum Online is a bit weird.... There is no internet still but everytime I try to go online, Optimum gives me a, warning that I must register my modem first... Why? It's already registered cause I was using it before the outage!

    @optimum - your service today leaves a lot to desired. After 45 minutes to get a hold of someone regarding the crappy internet service, I’m told to call a different number. I call that number but no one answers and the mail box is full. @verizonfios is looking better every day.

    @LINYStateofMind @optimum @OptimumHelp They’re isn’t one. Optimum monopolized Suffolk county so I can’t even tell them to take their shit and go because it’s the only wifi company out here. I just gotta keep taking them ******* me. Nothing else I can do

    @OptimumHelp is this where I can somehow get to a Supervisory Level to help me with a billing question that my Wife has now wasted 4 days and over 6 hours of waiting and supposed return calls that have not happened

    @optimum @OptimumHelp been on hold for nearly 2 hours! First call got dropped because of your wonderful phone service so I had to call back and lost my place. Can someone explain to me why I need to have someone service my wifi for the 5th time in the last year?

    @OptimumHelp @optimum service to my house is not working. I have no phone or internet. I tried to call from a cell and I can’t get a live person to report it. I go online and your “service bot” never connects me to a live person. What am I paying for again?! #shittyservice

    @OptimumHelp Service outages happen in a storm. They shouldn’t (especially for $200+ a month) but they do. What’s unexpected is to try to reach a provider during said outage and be hung up on. Thanks for finally tweeting on issue - but we still await an apology and for you to make this right.

    @OptimumHelp @bigelow_daphne Useless to tell us that when we can’t use the computer to see it. Honestly I had service through out the storm and I don’t understand why at about 9pm I have no service and no way to get answers or an update. My bill goes up every month but the service is always terrible

    3 hours with @optimum @OptimumHelp and I was told that I will be charged for phone service that I am not currently receiving unless I call to disconnect the service.

    OK @optimum — help me understand this. Chat (after logging in): “You must call to get a Port Code.” Call support: Refused to help and hung up. Store visit: Gave my phone number and got the Port Code email instantly. No ID check. No name verification. Make this make sense.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.

    Just called optimum to cancel my service and first “Dana” disconnected when I said I wanted to cancel. I called back and “Camille” laughed and hung up again. Disconnected by 5 different people. Do better @optimum. Hey @verizonfios👋

    @optimum @OptimumHelp Customer for 21 yrs chatting with customer service. ask for January thru March 2025 bills. They tell me it'll cost $1.50 and take 11-12 business days. When I complain they give me the phone number to cancel my service. UNREAL!!!!!

    @DustinFinn @optimum @OptimumHelp fiber is crap too. Only benefit I've found is they decreased my price (for now). Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately

    This is a joke right? @optimum @OptimumHelp states they will help but once you call they say No and Hang up on you. They also won’t do anything that has an audit trail. They hate putting things in writing.
