    Holy **** @OptimumHelp is one of the worst internet providers. There internet legit just goes of randomly. And they change me thousands a year for my internet not to work half the time

    @OptimumHelp every month my premium channels disappear ... why????? I get No credit - no explanation - I’m told I don’t get those channels meanwhile I pay for them every month!!!! I wish I never switched to you @AlticeUSA lies lies!!!

    @OptimumHelp Can you please fix the internet in Hopatcong? We are losing connection 3 or 4 times a day. With so much remote learning going on, this is extremely unfair to teachers and students.

    @optimum really need someone from your co willing to help me. Having issues with Cable/WiFi for 8 weeks now. Technician came to my house 2 weeks ago and ‘tightened wires’ but still having intermittent issues. Customer Service agents are no help. Cancelling soon if not resolved!

    @OptimumHelp I just sat on hold for over 45 minutes on your customer service line. My internet speed is dead slow and there's no indication of help on your line

    @mytalech @elavon the amount of fees, time fixing malfunctioning equipment, equipment fees, the partner blame game, blaming @optimum for slow internet, leasing fees, double charging my customers to the tune of 3-4 per week, is putting us out of business. #lakelandbank @usbank

    @OptimumHelp you prematurely terminated my service before my scheduled move, and phone help says that I’d have to open a new account. I move in 12 days and need internet for the move. Help ASAP.

    @optimum @OptimumHelp requested a callback regarding service and bill and when I got it the option that I’m on the phone doesn’t work and it disconnected me. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for days.

    @OptimumHelp I understand wait times are longer than usual, but when you are expecting to receive a call yesterday afternoon regarding the status of your Internet & TV and they haven't gotten back to you still, that's terrible customer service.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum @AlticeUSA #optimum this is the worst company filled with liars. I was promised a 3 year monthly amount guaranteed by the retention center. I just got a bill that was $175 more than I’m supposed to pay. And terrible customer service

    @optimum I was on the phone with you + @ATT for 8 freaking hours, yall took my whole day away from me just to transfer and unlock my phone took me all day just to get a damn unlock codem paid 600 bucks to pay off my at&t account just for my phone still not to be activated..this isnt right

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
