    @OptimumHelp @AlticeUSA Why doesn’t the fox sports go app work to stream the Yes network when using an Altice One account? It works fine with an @optimum account, but looks like if you login with Altice One the Yankees disappear and the yes network disappears. Please help!

    @OptimumHelp it’s disgusting to see that am out internet for 3 days I have an appointment for 5-8 today and now you send a text it’s canceled and your customer care gives a number that no one picks this so not done you have disappointed me big time

    @optimum I was on the phone with you + @ATT for 8 freaking hours, yall took my whole day away from me just to transfer and unlock my phone took me all day just to get a damn unlock codem paid 600 bucks to pay off my at&t account just for my phone still not to be activated..this isnt right

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
