Technician came to my house 2 weeks ago and ‘tightened wires’ but still having intermittent issues. Customer Service agents are no help. Cancelling soon if not resolved!

It works fine with an @optimum account, but looks like if you login with Altice One the Yankees disappear and the yes network disappears. Please help!
