    @OptimumHelp every month my premium channels disappear ... why????? I get No credit - no explanation - I’m told I don’t get those channels meanwhile I pay for them every month!!!! I wish I never switched to you @AlticeUSA lies lies!!!

    @OptimumHelp Trying to create an Optimum ID and can't! I'm on my home optimum network, and it still tells me I need to be on my home network. I can't talk to any one because I can't sign in. I can't sign in because I can't create an ID. It's a vicious cycle.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum The Optimum TV portal on CBS doesn't allow me to log in using the same Optimum TV log in I use for TBS or TNT. This is computer programming issue, involving how Optimum TV is connected to CBS.

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.
