    @OptimumHelp you prematurely terminated my service before my scheduled move, and phone help says that I’d have to open a new account. I move in 12 days and need internet for the move. Help ASAP.

    @OptimumHelp it’s funny you want me to pay you for service but my service is always going out. How is that fair? We are supposed to pay for service we receive, so maybe credits us for when our service is out.

    @optimum really need someone from your co willing to help me. Having issues with Cable/WiFi for 8 weeks now. Technician came to my house 2 weeks ago and ‘tightened wires’ but still having intermittent issues. Customer Service agents are no help. Cancelling soon if not resolved!
