Meanwhile I'm paying for horrible service!

As soon as the guy left, we lose internet, comes back on after a few minutes, same as always... Never happened with SECTV. Optimum is the worse!

I’m unable to work. This needs to be tended to immediately and not just push to another person. Maybe if I stop paying I’ll get service.

Finally get customer service and they tell me the tech said we canceled and wanted to reschedule. Liar!!!!!! Waited 3 damn hours!!!! Now I have a time slot between 10am - 8pm tomorrow. 😡

I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled
