    We canceled Cablevision about 2weeks ago&switched to ATT TV Now &other apps We stream almost exclusively w/Firestick on a smart tv Just figured out b4-if I’m standing between the router signal &the tv, the hardware in my spine screws it up. I think it’s funny😂 Hubs not so much😉

    @OptimumHelp After 3 technician appointments, 1 field operator appointment and a replaced underground line, me still having issues with my internet shows that you are incapable of fixing the service and also blaming my equipment at the end of every appointment. No thank you.

    You suck @optimum Had an appointment today. A tech was supposed to be here between 5pm-8pm. Finally get customer service and they tell me the tech said we canceled and wanted to reschedule. Liar!!!!!! Waited 3 damn hours!!!! Now I have a time slot between 10am - 8pm tomorrow. 😡

    @OptimumHelp my internet is not and has not been operating correctly need some help. I upgraded to 200 speed and it seems like it has worsen since. Please we need help since our kids will be home schooling and working from home has been a nightmare. Thank you

    Hey @OptimumHelp @AlticeUSA internet is dropping out with greater frequency the last two weeks. Is there a reason for the dropage and slow down? Not optimal for TV and working from home.

    @AlticeUSA @optimum I have NEVER in my entire LIFE experienced this HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. You have never ONCE resolved ANY issue of mine. I rather have NO CABLE than have to deal with this terrible service. If only @verizonfios was in my area now. Miss you Verizon!

    @OptimumHelp 3 days down. Our power was restored on Friday 8/7/2020. Have not seen any Optimum vehicles. Seriously?! Trees and power repairs have been made. Why no communication? Why no respondse vehicles?

    Side story: The beach house we rented last summer had old Cablevision boxes with the access card. One wasn't working, so we called for help. Repairman took out the card, instinctively blew on it and put it back in. It worked!

    Unbelievable frustration with @optimum customer service. Four days trying to contact a human about the cable wire down on my front yard. Only response is repeated texts asking if my issue is resolved. Aughhh!

    @OptimumHelp @optimum @AlticeUSA #optimum this is the worst company filled with liars. I was promised a 3 year monthly amount guaranteed by the retention center. I just got a bill that was $175 more than I’m supposed to pay. And terrible customer service

    @optimum I was on the phone with you + @ATT for 8 freaking hours, yall took my whole day away from me just to transfer and unlock my phone took me all day just to get a damn unlock codem paid 600 bucks to pay off my at&t account just for my phone still not to be activated..this isnt right

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
