I think it’s funny😂 Hubs not so much😉

Stay away friends 😭 Between new SIM cards, new iPhone, trying to transfer my phone numbers, dozen of calls/chat with support and uncountable hours of frustration for weeks, I not feel like crying on a corner 😭😭😭

She's paying $170 for all 3 now. Finally offered just TV at $160/month! Insane! How do they get away with stuff like this?

Finally get customer service and they tell me the tech said we canceled and wanted to reschedule. Liar!!!!!! Waited 3 damn hours!!!! Now I have a time slot between 10am - 8pm tomorrow. 😡

I have been reaching out for help almost daily to get the same empty promises… the mobile team is truly the worst! 2 weeks to port a number? And no one knows WHY nor contacts me. And that’s just one of many issues… just, REALLY bad experience.
