I think it’s funny😂 Hubs not so much😉

On calls and chats for 2 days trying to get issue solved.All they could do was tell me they would send me a new remote in 4 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor after going round and round. I was superv would call be in 1 hr 4 hrs later

Finally get customer service and they tell me the tech said we canceled and wanted to reschedule. Liar!!!!!! Waited 3 damn hours!!!! Now I have a time slot between 10am - 8pm tomorrow. 😡

Every time they fix one thing they knock another one out. Can’t even get a manager to call back. Pay way to much to be treated like this
